Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using epoxysupplyhousenyc.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Orders & Quote Requests
Smaller products can be ordered directly through the site. Large or bulk items are handled as quote requests — our team contacts you to confirm availability, current pricing, and delivery before the order is finalized. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding sale until confirmed by our team.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are sold as described. Prices are subject to change without notice, and prices shown online may be estimates until confirmed. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or request at our discretion.
4. Payment
Payment is arranged directly with Epoxy Supply House once your order is confirmed. No payment is collected through this website.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Smaller items can be shipped; the customer is responsible for shipping costs, which are confirmed before the order is finalized. We can ship internationally where permitted; the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Large or bulk items are fulfilled by pickup at our warehouse or by local delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, text, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Epoxy Supply House and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Epoxy Supply House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Our products are intended for industrial and professional use; follow all label and Safety Data Sheet instructions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey.
