How Orders Work
Smaller products can be ordered and shipped directly. Large or bulk items are handled by quote request — our team contacts you to confirm pricing and arrange pickup or local delivery. Payment is arranged directly with us once your order is confirmed.
Return Window
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used epoxy, coating, or hardener
- Mixed or partially used materials
- Items damaged by improper use or storage
- Custom or special-order products
How to Start a Return
Email orders@epoxysupplyhousenyc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we issue a full refund. We'll confirm the refund method and timing when your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
