Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used epoxy kits
- Mixed or partially used materials
- Items damaged due to improper use or storage
- Custom or special-order products
How to Start a Return
Email info@epoxysupplyhouse.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
